Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority
The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) was established to oversee the Oklahoma medical marijuana program. The OMMA is responsible for licensing, regulating, and administering the program according to state law.
Operating under the Oklahoma State Department of Health, their goal is to ensure safe and responsible practices within the Oklahoma cannabis industry.
Bureau of Narcotics & Dangerous Drugs Control
All Grower, Processor, and Dispensary applicants must register with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control (OBNDD) platform after receiving a license from OMMA, as required by OAC 475:10-1-9(a).
Previously referred to as the “Wild West of weed” for its lack of seed to sale tracking, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) recently chose to adopt Metrc as their official traceability system, and the state is now officially live on Metrc.
Cultivera is a validated, Metrc-approved integrator in the state of Oklahoma, and meets all compliance requirements.
