The Michigan Medical Marijuana Program (MMMP) is the program within the Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) that manages Medical Marijuana applications and licenses for patients and caregivers.
Allows Cultivators to grow cannabis plants for sale to licensed Processors and Provisioning Centers.
Allows operators to purchase cannabis from licensed Growers, and sell infused products to Provisioning Centers, or other Processors.
Allows licensees to store and transport cannabis plants and products, as well as money associated cannabis sales, between licensed cannabis facilities.
Allows operators to purchase or transfer cannabis from growers or processors, and allows the sale or transfer to registered patients or caregivers.
Safety Compliance Facility
Allows operators to transfer and test products, and to collect and transfer samples without using a secure transporter.
All legal cannabis Cultivators, Processors, Distributors, and Retailers in Michigan are required to use Metrc for regulatory track-and-trace compliance from seed to sale.
